You can avoid all of these side effects by using it in the right way:

Directions – how and when to use it
It’s important to first figure out your tolerance level and that is how much NO Xplode you need to feel its benefits. This will be different for every individual. It’s recommended to start with 1 scoop and build up to 3 scoops of the powder if necessary.
On training days:
Mix 6 ounces of water for every 1 scoop of powder 30 to 45 minutes before a training session. It doesn’t start working immediately it takes a little bit of time. The length of time that it will take will depend on the individual. The maximum time is usually 45 minutes while some people may start feeling the effects much sooner.
Don’t take it on your non-training days. On the label states that you should take 1 scoop on your non-training days, but if you follow those instructions you will build a tolerance for NO Xplode much quicker and it will weaken its effectivity on your body.
Cycle NO Xplode on and off to get most of it and to avoid building a tolerance quickly.
